Account Information

Explaim collects your email address when you create an account. We store your account information (email and authentication tokens) to maintain your session and provide the service.

Screenshot Processing

Screenshots are sent to our servers for AI processing to answer your questions. They are not stored after processing is complete. We use OpenAI to process screenshots and generate answers — screenshot data is sent to OpenAI's API and is subject to OpenAI's data usage policies.

Audio Processing

Audio captured for spoken prompts is processed in real-time and not stored.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting support@explaim.com.
